We may collect information that you provide directly when creating or using a EluVibe account, as well as technical information generated through your use of the service.
- Account information, such as your username and account identifiers.
- Profile information, including profile photos, biography information, and other information you choose to provide.
- Community membership, Friends, blocked or muted users, and related social information.
- Content and communications you choose to submit or transmit through EluVibe.
- Information associated with live voice, PTT sessions, and related communication features as necessary to operate those services.
- Device, application, network, diagnostic, security, and usage information reasonably necessary to operate and protect EluVibe.
How We Use Information
Information collected through EluVibe may be used to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and develop the service.
- Creating and maintaining user accounts.
- Providing Friends, Communities, presence, and live voice functionality.
- Authenticating users and protecting account security.
- Delivering notifications and service communications.
- Diagnosing crashes, network problems, reliability issues, and abuse of the service.
- Enforcing our Terms of Service and protecting EluVibe, our users, and others.
- Complying with applicable legal obligations.
Voice and Communications
EluVibe includes live voice and push-to-talk communication features. Information necessary to establish, route, authenticate, maintain, and secure these communications may be processed when those features are used.
If EluVibe offers features that store voice history, recordings, or other communication content, this Policy may be updated to describe the applicable storage and retention practices.
Service Providers
EluVibe may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate portions of the service, including hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, notifications, networking, and other technical functions.
These providers may process information on EluVibe's behalf as necessary to provide their services.

No online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting access to their accounts and devices.
User-Generated Content
EluVibe is a social communication platform. Users may create Communities, communicate with Friends, participate in conversations, and otherwise interact with other users.
Other users may be able to see information that you intentionally make available to them through EluVibe. You should avoid sharing information that you do not want other participants to receive.
Children's Privacy
EluVibe is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Age requirements and additional protections may apply depending on the user's location and the final requirements established for EluVibe.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as EluVibe develops, as our practices change, or as necessary to comply with applicable requirements.
